We often encounter difficult weather here on Long Island, and that can have a detrimental effect on a real estate photo session. We are happy to reschedule a shoot at short notice if the weather turns poor, however, we always leave it up to our clients to decide if they would like to proceed or not. We will also keep an eye on the weather and try to plan days in advance of the shoot and plan for contingencies if necessary.

If a client does choose to proceed, and then later decides that they would like to have some or all of the photos taken again, further charges will apply.

“Can I share these photos with others?”

We are happy to include third-party companies ahead of the shoot which will enable clients to split the cost and receive a discount prior to the shoot date. If requested after the shoot, please refer the other vendors to us and we will be happy to license the images to them at a per image rate.
